Alorse & Co. is operated by Wonder Alorse Global, based in Ontario, Canada (“Alorse & Co.,” “Wonder Alorse Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alorse & Co. website, online store, products, services, content, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Our Online Store
Alorse & Co. offers books, stationery, leather goods, home and lifestyle pieces, travel goods, digital products, and other products and collections.
Our product assortment may change from time to time. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, discontinue, limit, or otherwise change products, designs, colourways, collections, features, or Services without prior notice.
The availability of a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
2. Made-to-Order Products
Alorse & Co. products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
When you place an order, production of your item may begin specifically in response to your purchase. We work with selected third-party production and fulfilment partners to manufacture and deliver our products.
Because products are made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selections, or ordering errors, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, colours, designs, quantities, personalization details, and other specifications carefully before submitting your order.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colours, prices, and other information presented on our website are accurate.
However, colours and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
Minor variations may also occur as a result of materials, manufacturing, printing, finishing, or production processes.
Such reasonable variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.
4. Orders
By placing an order with Alorse & Co., you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Product or production unavailability
Technical or system errors
Shipping restrictions
Orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale
Violations of these Terms
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed and no product has been supplied, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled portion of the order.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.
If you discover an error, please contact us promptly at service@alorseandco.com.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to assist. Once an item has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law.
6. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on the Alorse & Co. website are shown in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred and applicable law permits correction.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be added to your order where required.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. Your use of a particular payment method may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Alorse & Co. may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, gifts, special offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
Promotions cannot be combined
Promotions have no cash value
Promotional offers may be subject to exclusions
Promotional codes must be entered at the time of purchase
Discounts cannot ordinarily be applied retroactively
Promotions may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law
Additional terms may accompany a particular promotion.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery information may be provided during checkout or elsewhere on our website.
Because our products are made to order, the time required to receive an order may include both production time and shipping time.
Estimated production, dispatch, or delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, labour disruptions, peak periods, incorrect addresses, and other logistical events.
Different products in the same order may be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.
9. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you discover an address error, contact service@alorseandco.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment.
Additional costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
10. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Orders shipped across provincial or international borders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental charges.
Where these amounts are not collected by us during checkout, they may be assessed by the destination jurisdiction, carrier, customs authority, or another party and may be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customers are responsible for understanding any import requirements applicable to their destination.
11. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Products
Because Alorse & Co. products are made to order, all sales are final, subject to applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size or colour selection, or items ordered in error.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at service@alorseandco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Once a claim has been reviewed and approved, Alorse & Co. will ordinarily issue store credit for the affected item, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

12. Digital Products
Certain Alorse & Co. products may be provided digitally.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, digital products and downloadable materials are final sale once purchased.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless a different licence is expressly provided.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, sublicense, commercially exploit, or otherwise make a digital product available to another person without our prior written authorization.
13. Intellectual Property
The Alorse & Co. website and its contents are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Wonder Alorse Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, where applicable:
The Alorse & Co. name and branding
Logos and marks
Original patterns and designs
Artwork and illustrations
Product designs
Product photography and imagery
Collection names and creative concepts
Written copy
Graphics
Website design and presentation
Digital products
Publications and other original content
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, sell, license, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Purchase of an Alorse & Co. product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in its design, artwork, pattern, content, or branding.
14. Books & Published Works
Books, written works, illustrations, and other publications sold through Alorse & Co. may be protected by copyright owned by their respective authors, publishers, Wonder Alorse Global, or other rights holders.
Purchase of a book or publication gives you ownership of the physical copy or applicable authorized digital access, but does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the work.
No publication may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or commercially exploited except as permitted by applicable law or with authorization from the relevant rights holder.
15. Personalization & Custom Orders
Where personalization or customization is offered, you are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is correct before completing your order.
We may refuse personalization requests that contain unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
You represent that you have the right to provide any names, text, images, logos, or other materials submitted to us for personalization and that their use as requested will not infringe the rights of another person.
Personalized and customized products are final sale, subject to applicable law and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
16. Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring through your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to Alorse & Co., you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
Where you voluntarily submit content for publication or promotional use, you grant Wonder Alorse Global a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content in connection with Alorse & Co., subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented when the content is submitted.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove user-submitted content where appropriate.

Our website may contain integrations with or links to websites and services operated by third parties.
These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Wonder Alorse Global is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites merely because our website contains a link to them.

21. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable information through our website.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wonder Alorse Global and Alorse & Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Alorse Global from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms.
24. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
These circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, labour disputes, governmental actions, widespread telecommunications or technology failures, supply disruptions, or other events that we could not reasonably prevent.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to that consumer.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, Services, website, practices, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
The version of the Terms in effect when you place an order will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Wonder Alorse Global regarding your use of the applicable Alorse & Co. Services.
