Orders & Products

Are Alorse & Co. products made to order?

Yes. Our pieces are made to order, meaning your item is produced specifically after your order is placed rather than taken from mass-held inventory.

This approach allows us to offer a distinctive and evolving collection of designs while producing pieces in response to actual demand.

Where are Alorse & Co. products made?

Alorse & Co. works with carefully selected production partners to create and fulfil our products. Depending on the piece and your delivery destination, products may be produced and shipped from different facilities.

As a result, items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Will my entire order arrive together?

Not necessarily. Because different Alorse & Co. pieces may be produced by different specialist production partners, an order containing several items may be delivered in more than one shipment.

If this happens, you will receive the available tracking information for each shipment.

Will my product look exactly like the photograph?

We make every effort to represent our products, colours, patterns, materials, and proportions as accurately as possible.

However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and minor variations may occur as part of the production process. Please review the individual product description and specifications before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact Alorse & Co. Customer Care as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist if production has not yet begun.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does Alorse & Co. ship?

We offer shipping to a range of destinations. Available shipping options and charges will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because Alorse & Co. pieces are made to order, please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided where available during the ordering process.

During particularly busy periods, including holidays and major shopping events, production or delivery may take longer than usual.

How can I track my order?

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

For orders containing multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number if your pieces are shipped separately.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We offer complimentary Canada and U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $250. Any applicable terms or exclusions will be displayed at checkout.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import fees may apply depending on your delivery destination and local regulations.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Every Alorse & Co. piece is made specifically for your order. As a result, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and other details carefully before completing your purchase.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Alorse & Co. Customer Care promptly after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and, where relevant, its packaging.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Alorse & Co. will ordinarily issue store credit for the affected item, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item received.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Can I exchange an item for another colour or design?

Because our pieces are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like another colour, design, size, or variation, a new order will need to be placed.

Books & Journals

Are Alorse & Co. books and journals the same thing?

No. Our published books contain authored works available through Alorse & Co., while our journals and notebooks are designed for your own thoughts, ideas, plans, reflections, and everyday writing.

Product descriptions will always indicate what you are purchasing.

Are your journals lined?

Journal interiors vary by product. Please check the individual product description for information about page style, dimensions, binding, and other specifications before ordering.

Do you sell digital products?

Yes. Selected Alorse & Co. publications, workbooks, or other resources may be offered digitally.

Digital products are clearly identified on their product pages and are final sale once purchased, except where otherwise required by law.

Gifts

Can I send an Alorse & Co. order as a gift?

Absolutely. Alorse & Co. pieces are designed to make thoughtful gifts for milestones, professional achievements, celebrations, and everyday occasions.

Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address during checkout.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift presentation options vary by product. Where gift wrapping or special presentation is available, this will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Can a gift recipient return their gift?

Because Alorse & Co. products are made to order, gift purchases are also final sale.

House Signatures are distinctive Alorse & Co. design languages that appear across different pieces and categories.

Rather than limiting a design to a single product, a House Signature may be interpreted across journals, bags, travel pieces, home accessories, stationery, and other objects—allowing you to discover the pieces and colourways that suit you.

Will you introduce new products and collections?

Yes. Alorse & Co. is an evolving house. We periodically introduce new designs, colourways, products, books, and collections while continuing to develop our established signatures.

Care requirements vary depending on the material and product.

Please follow any care instructions included with your item or provided on its product page. As a general rule, avoid harsh cleaning products, excessive moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and improper storage unless the product’s specific care instructions indicate otherwise.
