The Foresight Backpack (No. 02-C) brings the imaginative, architectural language of the Foresight Collection to a warm ivory silhouette, creating one of the collection’s lighter and more expressive everyday pieces.
Foresight was conceived around the visual language of thinking, building and possibility. Fine diagrammatic lines intersect with geometric forms, pathways, steps and interconnected points, while lightbulbs, books and other quietly symbolic details suggest ideas being explored and plans beginning to take shape. Deep teal, forest green, aubergine and muted gold bring depth to the predominantly ivory composition.
On No. 02-C, the relationship between pattern and solid colour is deliberately measured. The main body remains largely ivory, giving the backpack a clean, understated presence, while Foresight occupies the front pocket and selected panels around the sides and crown. The effect is almost architectural in itself: expanses of quiet colour interrupted by concentrated passages of detail.
The front pocket is the focal point. Here, a particularly rich section of the Foresight design brings together geometric structures, a winding path, ascending steps, an open book and interconnected forms — small visual references to curiosity, progress and the movement from thought to action. Around the rest of the backpack, fragments of the pattern appear and disappear as the bag is viewed from different angles.
Black zips, straps and trim provide crisp definition against the warm ivory, while the deeper teal, aubergine and gold within the pattern prevent the lighter palette from feeling overly delicate. The result is fresh and distinctive, but still sufficiently restrained for everyday use.
