The Bathurst Flex-Carry Bag (No. 01) brings the collection’s landscape of movement, provenance and discovery to a generous travel bag designed for weekends away, overnight stays and the journeys in between.
Across the exterior, distant mountains rise beyond a winding river, while forested hills, a waterside cabin and sculptural botanicals emerge among Bathurst’s architectural geometry. Deep navy, olive, warm ivory and muted gold move through the composition, creating a richly layered surface in which landscape and abstraction continually meet.
The generous proportions of the bag give Bathurst No. 01 room to unfold. On its broad sides, the river becomes a natural pathway through the composition, drawing the eye from the foreground towards the mountains beyond. Turn the bag and the artwork changes: botanical branches emerge, geometric passages become more prominent, and fragments of the landscape disappear around seams, handles and curves.
That changing perspective is particularly suited to Bathurst. The artwork was designed to reward a second look, and here no single view tells the entire story.
Cognac-toned PU leather provides a handsome counterpoint to the deep blues and greens of the artwork. Used across the handles, piping, structural straps and substantial base panel, it gives the bag the character of a traditional travel piece while framing Bathurst’s more expressive surface. Gold-toned hardware echoes the fine golden lines running throughout the composition.
The base is almost entirely cognac, allowing the artwork a moment of visual rest while providing a more practical surface where the bag is most likely to meet the ground. Small metal feet help keep the base slightly raised when set down.
Designed for flexible carrying, the Bathurst Flex-Carry Bag (No. 01) can be held by its padded top handles or worn using the adjustable shoulder strap when hands-free carrying is preferred. At approximately 20″ × 12″ × 9″, its spacious main compartment provides room for clothing, toiletries, shoes and other travel essentials, while an interior open pocket keeps smaller belongings within easier reach.
Crafted from lightweight high-grade nylon with a waterproof exterior and polyester lining, it is designed to travel without unnecessary weight.

Care Instructions
Remove all contents before cleaning. Pretreat visible stains where necessary, then clean gently using warm water, a small amount of mild laundry detergent and a terry cloth or soft-bristled brush. Allow the bag to air dry completely. Do not dry clean. Store in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight.
