The Bathurst Large Tote (No. 01) brings the collection’s richly layered landscape to a generously proportioned tote designed for travel, days out and everything that tends to come along with them.
Across its broad exterior, a winding river travels through forested hills towards distant mountains, passing a waterside cabin along the way. Sculptural botanicals, sweeping geometric forms and fine linear details move around the landscape in deep navy, midnight blue, forest and olive green, warm ivory and muted gold. From a distance, the composition reads through colour and movement; closer inspection reveals the smaller elements concealed throughout Bathurst No. 01.
The unusually generous surface of the tote gives the artwork room to unfold. Rather than behaving like a conventional repeating pattern, Bathurst stretches across the bag almost like a portable canvas, with different details appearing as the tote moves and changes shape.
Cream cotton rope handles provide a relaxed counterpoint to the depth of the artwork, threaded through gold-toned metal grommets that quietly echo the warmer details within the design. Against the darker No. 01 palette, the cream handles are particularly striking — giving the tote a distinctive character that feels substantial without becoming overly structured and polished without becoming formal.
At 24" × 13", there is generous room for the things a full day or short escape tends to require: a book, scarf, tablet, glasses case, water bottle, small essentials and whatever else finds its way in. A structured T-bottom helps the tote maintain its shape when filled, while a cream cotton-blend lining provides a clean interior finish.

Care Instructions
Remove all contents before cleaning. Pretreat visible stains where necessary. Mix warm water with a small amount of mild laundry detergent and clean gently using a terry cloth or soft-bristled brush. Allow the tote to air dry completely.
